Terms & Policies
To Secure Your Booking We Require:

Payment of 25% of your quoted clipping service and travel costs. This is non-refundable & non transferable.

Your appointment form to be completed, so that we have your details on hand.
For Your Appointment We Require:

A THOUROUGHLY clean and dry horse ready for clipping. Read here for tips to prepare for your clip.
Horses must be scrubbed clean the day before / morning appointments to remove dirt, oils, dandruff, etc. -
A safe area to clip and tie the horse with access to power. The clippers are cordless, so access to power can be separate to the clipping space.
If you do not have power you need to discuss this prior to the appointment, so your appointment can be scheduled accordingly. -
Cover from wind is preferable - cover on rainy days is necessary to keep equipment, horse, and clipper dry.

Access to lighting for evening appointments.

A capable and competent handler to be available throughout the appointment.

Full payment of services upon completion - cash or bank transfer.
By Booking You Understand:

If your horse is not adequately cleaned a $50 dirty horse surcharge will be charged.

If your horse is too dirty to comfortably & safely clip your appointment will be cancelled.

The behaviour, cleanliness, coat & skin health, and tolerance level of your horse will impact the quality of the clip, and may result in a reduced service.

The appointment may be cancelled at any time regardless of progress if the clipper feels there is a risk to themselves, the equipment, the handler, or the horse.

If the appointment runs more than the allocated clipping time due to the behaviour of the horse, cleanliness of the horse, or lack of appropriate area in which to clip - the clip may be cancelled regardless of progress, or there maybe additional charges applied to your appointment to continue.

There is a risk that your horse may have a skin reaction to the tools and materials used. (Very uncommon).
Cancellations & Rescheduling:

We require 48 hours or more notice in the event of your appointment needing to be cancelled. You may transfer your deposit to a new appointment if there is a suitable time available.

If there has been less than 48 hours' notice provided, your deposit may not be transferred to a new date.

If you are running 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled or services reduced depending on your clipper's schedule.

If you need to reschedule your clip due to weather concerns, our regular cancellation policy will apply, so please stay up to date with the forecast.
